Meet Ursula
Life can throw all sorts of situations our way, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to deal with personal problems. We all go through rough patches in our lives and feel isolated or drowned in our issues. However, you don’t have to suffer alone. Having someone to talk these issues through can be a tough, but rewarding step in life.
I have been a practicing BACP registered counsellor for nearly two decades. I have experience supporting people of all backgrounds deal with some of the emotional challenges that life can bring us. Some of these challenges might include: anxiety, depression, bereavement, divorce, retirement, diagnoses of illness amongst many others. I work with individuals and couples, adults and children. I have experience working in schools and hospices. I have developed a unique therapeutic approach in which I combine both counselling and coaching together. This not only addresses the issues at the forefront but also works towards finding a positive and practical solution.
I also specialise in personal development from a coaching perspective. Whether you are stuck in a rut, be it at work or in life, I can help you explore your personal talents and look at working through any blocks that are standing in the way of reaching your full potential.
At times I need to be a counselling coach, other times, a coaching counsellor. Both skills come from the same therapeutic perspective, but each case is very individual.
I work from my home office in Weybridge and strive to be as accommodating as possible with timings and hours. I also offer Skype sessions as well as being able to work in English or German.
